What are the components that go into calculating the shipping charge?
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, the weight and volume of the items you've selected for purchase.
Subject to the carrier's final bill, we may charge you for additional shipping costs or refund you when there are remaining shipping fees.
How long does delivery take?
Pre-sale orders : shipped according to the agreed date on the pre-sale product page.
Non-presale orders : 3-7 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
US/UK/JP/EU/AU/CA/RUS.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:

Notes for Buyers in Japan:
In order for the courier to identify your address more accurately, please use the standard Japanese description when filling in the address.
If your address is a business address, we need you to provide relevant information to prove your association with the address (proof information includes: alien registration card, driver's license, insurance card), one of the above content is enough.
If relevant information cannot be provided, please fill in a private address in a residential area.
How will my delivery be shipped?
DHL/UPS as our logistics partner to ship out DRICTDRIVE products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product has been shipped.

During the transportation, due to the requirements of policies and regulations in the country or region where the buyer is located, the buyer may be required to provide relevant information. If the product cannot be delivered due to the buyer's failure to provide information, the responsibility shall be borne by the buyer.
