2 Service Items
2.1 Warranty period: 12 months for the direct drive motor
During the warranty period, if the product has a non-human failure, we provide you with warranty service. Our company provides the "Test Report" according to the main information of the product, such as product model, fault description, damage determination results, and other information.
The warranty period starts from the product leaves the warehouse as the delivery time (if the customer can provide the exact delivery time certificate, it can also be used as the delivery time).
2.2 Warranty methods: assessment online
If there is a product quality problem with the direct drive motor during the warranty period:
Firstly, the company's technical support team will use the online video to determine whether it is caused by human beings, and then provide the “Test Report” for the customers.

2.3 Warranty cost
