Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@directdrivetech.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved returns need to be sent to: No. 206, 207, 208, 2nd Floor, Building 3, South District, Digital Technology Industrial Park, CIMC Industrial City No.1, Yile Road, Songshan Lake High-tech Development Zone, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
Return shipping cost
For returns caused by product quality issues or shipping damage, Direct Drive Tech will cover the approved return shipping cost. For returns requested for personal reasons and approved under this policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Prepayment refunds
All prepayment refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee based on the order amount. This fee applies to all approved prepayment refund requests.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Personal-reason returns may not be accepted for opened, used, customized, final-sale, or non-resellable products, including development kits, unless required by applicable law. This does not limit support for verified product quality issues or shipping damage. We do not accept returns for gift cards or hazardous materials.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the eligibility requirements above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@directdrivetech.com.
